I just wanted to take a moment to tell everyone, thank you for welcoming me into this new position. I appreciate all the continued support from each and everyone of you guys. This is going to be a fun journey and I know some of you are a little skeptical about some of the changes that are being made, but I really believe it will all be to benefit the district and every member.
So on that note, I have made some updates to our website. I would like for all of you to please take a moment to read the guidelines page. There are lots of useful, important information there everyone needs to be updated about.
Our first race of the 2017 year will be on Jan, 28th at Wakulla County Horseman's Association. Exhibition will begin at 11a and Open at 1p EST. Please be sure like I said to read all of the district guidelines so you are aware of cut off times, entry fees, payout information, ect. Please refer to our Facebook page for immediate updates on shows.

Hi Guys, I need to pass the word about a few reminders before our finals show on Saturday, December 10, at Evil Twin Farms.
We may not be paying off until after the end of the show on Saturday due to the importance of making sure that all points are correctly totaled. Members that are running for District Points will need to stay until after we have finalized points for run offs. If you leave and you are tied with another member for year-end awards, the tie will be awarded to the member present. If both members have left, I will break the tie by flipping a coin. This does not apply to World Points. Make sure that you sign up for ALL CLASSES before Open starts. After the first horse runs in the open classes we will close the books.
This year we will be sending 10 places for each division to World. All riders tied for 10th will go.
Our awards banquet is scheduled for February 3, 2017, at 6:00 pm. It will be held at the City of Tallahassee, City Hall, Tallahassee Room, 300 South Adams Street, Tallahassee, 32301. The cost per plate will be $20.00 Adult and $15 Youth. Please purchase your tickets by January 10th, if you are attending.
After 5 years I am stepping down as Director and Crystal Rutten has agreed to take over. I believe she will be an asset to our district; please help her out in any way you can. As you know, it takes help from all members to make our shows great. I would like to thank everyone for all their encouragement, understanding, and help over the past five years. I believe our district has grown in positive and exciting ways and will continue to do so with Crystal taking over.

Hey Guys, our next show is Saturday, November 12th. Exhibitions start at 11am and the show starts at 1pm Eastern Standard Time. The show will be moved to Evil Twin Farms in Lamont. Please spread the word, come early and help out. Thank you.
